Unfortunately, due to the nature of our work, we have a strict no-refund policy. However, if there are technical issues with the final deliverables, project completion is hindered by creative difficulties on our end or if there is an incorrect invoice amount, we are committed to resolving the problem promptly. The assets, contained in the final delivery, can be used on all major platforms including Twitch, Kick, Rumble, YouTube and Facebook gaming. All live stream assets are compatible with StreamElements, StreamLabs and OBS Studio.

We provide the finished version of designs in PNG, JPEG’s and Vector formats. Most animated designs are delivered in MP4, GIF, WEBM, MOV or AVI formats depending on the nature of the project and each customer’s specific needs.

We are available during regular business hours, Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 9am to 6 pm eastern time. We are not available on Sunday.
