Our How

Step. 1

Our design process begins with the customer filling out our inquiry form. When filling out this form please remember to include any ideas you have for the theme, mood and overall look of the design. Filling out this form doesn’t obligate you to purchase a design package from us.

Step. 2

( Receive A Quote ) - Once we’ve received your completed inquiry form, and had a chance to review it, we will send you an email with a quote based on your specific requirements. If you do not receive an email from us it’s either because you didn’t include enough detail in your questionnaire, have an unrealistic budget or our email was flagged as spam.

Step. 3

(Payment Is Due ) - Once you have agreed to the price, we will send you an invoice for the agreed upon amount, which is to be paid in full before we can begin working on your project. Our invoices are sent via PayPal but can be paid with a debit or credit card as well. All payments, including applicable fees and taxes, are non-refundable.

Step. 4

( First Impressions ) - You will receive a first draft of your design which may be a sketch, or a digital rendering, depending on the type of items you have ordered. We use your reaction, to these concepts, to gauge if we are on the right path or not. Once approved, we can continue with the rest of the design process.

Step. 5

( Revisions & Edits ) - If you’re not satisfied with the initial draft, or would like to make a few minor changes to the design, we allow you to do so. This is the stage where we can easily tweak things. We do however only allow revisions requests that are related to the original design and not a new concept. For example, if you asked for a duck, we can’t switch it to a frog.

Step. 6

( The Final Countdown ) - Once your revision requests have been met, and you’ve approved, we will proceed to the final stage in our design process, inks, colors and text placement. You can request small changes, to the design, at this stage but nothing too extensive or complex. Once the final version has been approved we will add the finishing touches to the design and send them over to you.

Step. 7

( Delivery) - At this stage in the process we will render, resize and export all of your designs. You will receive a link, or attachment, that includes all of your designs via email. You can request your project’s source files, at an additional charge, if you would like them.

Step. 8

( Support) - If you need any assistance setting up your new design assets, on your platform of choice, we are here to help. We also keep copies of your files safe, in our Google drive vault, in case you lose them, accidentally delete them or have a computer issue that corrupts them.
